There is no additional charge for our Singapore Airshow hotel and ground
transportation services; we are compensated on the same basis as a
travel agency. However -- unlike a travel agency -- we pre-book large
blocks of rooms for the Singapore Airshow at selected Singapore hotels --
including Shangri-La, Raffles, Marriott, Grand Hyatt,
Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton ,
well in advance of show dates, ensuring our clients of a wide choice of
accommodation.

And -- unlike a travel agency -- we provide experienced,
on-site, multi-lingual staff in Singapore to handle those inevitable last-
minute changes and cancellations.

Because we deal with hundreds of Singapore Airshow hotel rooms, we are
often able to match new requirements from one client with cancellation
requests from another, often thereby avoiding Singapore hotel penalty
charges. For some hotels in Singapore, penalties could be as much as
the cost of the entire booking!

There is a (negotiated) charge for handling chalet
catering, Singapore restaurant bookings, and gala receptions.
